Leadership. The Great Man Theory of History. The US won WWII with seven to nine 4-Star Generals, for 12 million soldiers. There are now forty-three 4-Star Generals, for 1.3 million soldiers. Go figure. Outcomes in the last decades are not complimentary of the strategies employed.
