Today. Some criminals didn’t get the memo in DC about the National Guard – or don’t care! In the last decade in my neighborhood in DC, there is absolutely no question about the tripling of danger, going for a run or a walk, or even walking my four blocks to National‘s stadium for a baseball game. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
