I’ve had this discussion and made this case via video on Air Force One, and verbally at two different DoD/ambassador/agency/usaid/academic Conferences, as well as from the the Bully Pulpit Stage at Harvard Club of Boston* :), and Harvard Graduate School of Design. Some “ears are perked,” since the upside is so immense and funding/resources required are so low. It runs as a “subroutine” in the background of whatever else, even during war. Like Satoshi’s “blockchain” — it is decentralized and distributed— and therefore VERY hard to even stop, if anyone would ever desire to do so. Learning how to learn and a forever-appetite for learning is learned, and contagious.
