“I’m just big boned” isn’t the whole story, is it. Biologically, to build muscle or aerobic fitness requires six weeks of consistent work. Obesity is the same. In reverse.
Both are choices. Little choices. Priority choices. Vision choices. Self-control choices. Social choices.
As the shoe guys say, just do it. As Mr. Monk says, you’ll thank me later.
